02The team

We've sat in these chairs

Our team personally visits and vets every clinic we recommend. We sit in the same rooms, meet the same doctors, and try the same treatments we book for you. We're not a booking machine chasing volume. We'd rather guide a few journeys well, with the care we'd want for ourselves.

04FAQ

Questions, answered honestly

How much does Doctra cost?

Your first video consultation is free. Ask us anything, zero obligation. If you decide to work with us, our concierge service starts at $250, depending on the scope of your trip. You'll know the exact fee before you commit, and treatments are always paid directly to the clinic at standard local prices.

How much do treatments cost in Korea?

Usually much less than comparable treatments in the US, UK, or Australia, even at top clinics. Exact pricing depends on the clinic and your plan, so we give you realistic price ranges with your shortlist, before you commit to anything. No surprises at the front desk.

I don't know which treatment I need. Can I still reach out?

Please do. Most people start exactly there. Tell us what bothers you about your skin and we'll walk you through realistic options, typical pricing, and how much trip time each needs. If you're better served by skincare at home, we'll say that too.

How do you choose which clinics to recommend?

We visit in person, meet the doctors, review board certifications and device lineups, and watch how patients are treated when nobody's looking. We also match by concern: the best clinic for acne scarring is rarely the best one for lifting.

Are Doctra staff doctors?

No. Doctra staff are not doctors or medical experts. We're the people who help you find the right ones. All treatment decisions and care are handled by licensed doctors at independent clinics. Our job is making sure you understand your options and feel confident in your journey along the way.

Will someone be with me at my appointments?

Yes. Your concierge joins your consultation and translates everything in real time: the doctor's assessment, the plan, the pricing. On treatment days, you'll always know where to be and how to prepare.

How far in advance should I plan?

Two to four weeks before your trip is comfortable. Popular clinics book out further, especially around holidays, so the earlier you write, the more options we can hold. Already in Korea? Reach out anyway; we can often move quickly.

What about aftercare once I'm home?

You'll leave with aftercare instructions in plain English, and your concierge checks in on your recovery. If questions come up weeks later, we relay them to your clinic and get you real answers.
